Foot Soak Recipes with Essential Oils

To use any one of these blends, simply add the essential oils to a tablespoon of Epsom salts or dead sea salts, or just add the oils directly to a basin of warm water. Soak feet for up to 10 minutes. Makes for a super nice treat for your feet at the end of a hard week.

Blend One

1 drop eucalyptus globulus
1 drop german chamomile
3 drops lavender
1 drop tea tree

Blend Two

2 drops peppermint
3 drops tea tree
(especially refreshing blend for tired and achy feet)

Blend Three

2 drops lavender
2 drops lemon
1 drop rosemary

Blend Four

2 drops lemongrass
2 drops patchouli
2 drops tea tree

Blend Five

2 drops clary sage
2 drops geranium
2 drops lavender

You can mix up any of these foot soak recipes, combining the essential oils and salts together, to make homemade presents for friends and relatives to let them know you’re thinking of them or for graduations, birthdays, Christmas, or other holidays or special occasions. It’s an inexpensive and heartfelt way to show your love and that you care. If someone you know has lost someone they love or if they are going through another type of hard time, you could package everything up and include it in a basket or care package to let them know they’re not alone.
