Foot Soak Recipes with Essential Oils
To use any one of these blends, simply add the essential oils to a tablespoon of Epsom salts or dead sea salts, or just add the oils directly to a basin of warm water. Soak feet for up to 10 minutes. Makes for a super nice treat for your feet at the end of a hard week.
Blend One
1 drop eucalyptus globulus
1 drop german chamomile
3 drops lavender
1 drop tea tree
Blend Two
2 drops peppermint
3 drops tea tree
(especially refreshing blend for tired and achy feet)
Blend Three
2 drops lavender
2 drops lemon
1 drop rosemary
Blend Four
2 drops lemongrass
2 drops patchouli
2 drops tea tree
Blend Five
2 drops clary sage
2 drops geranium
2 drops lavender
You can mix up any of these foot soak recipes, combining the essential oils and salts together, to make homemade gifts for friends and relatives for Christmas, birthdays, or other special occasions.
