Yuzu Essential Oil
Latin name Citrus junos – Family species Rutaceae
The fruit juice, rind, and fruit itself of the Yuzu fruit are used extensively as food flavorings in Japan. The Asian citrus fruit is also a symbol of the winter solstice in Japan (Toji) where bathing with Yuzu fruit during this time is a popular custom.
